PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
Information Note art. 13, Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003 (Code on the subject of Personal Data)
Therefore, in order to respect the methodological principles of honesty, lawfulness, transparency and protection of the rights laid down in the code and in particular in art. 13 of the aforementioned Decree, we wish to inform you that:

1. Purpose of the data processing.
   The data supplied by you will be processed for the purpose of :
   participation in sports events or meets b) promotional, advertising and marketing
   In order to provide the services requested by you, or foreseen in your favour, the writer either has to acquire or is already in possession of personal data that concern you. We therefore request you to give your consent to the processing of the data strictly necessary for the abovementioned services. For certain activities, and solely for the purposes shown above, your data may be passed on to other parties trusted by us that, in the capacity of parties in charge or of independent holders, perform on our behalf tasks of a technical and organisational and/or accounting and/or banking/insurance nature. The data may be passed on and transferred abroad also, in compliance with the provisions of the law.
   With regard to the personal data referred to in point 1.a, its provision is strictly necessary for the establishment of new relations or for the handling and execution of legal relations in existence and without prejudice to the personal autonomy of the person concerned; refusal by the person concerned to provide the personal data makes it impossible to conclude or carry out the related supply contracts.

2. Data processing procedures.
   Your data:
   will be processed by computer and/or on paper.
   will be processed in a legal and honest manner;
   will be collected recorded for specific, explicit and lawful purposes and used in other processing operations in terms not incompatible with such purposes;
   will be correct and, if necessary, updated;
   will be pertinent, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
   will be kept in a form that makes it possible to identify the person concerned for a period of time not longer than that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed; as laid down in art.9, law no.675/96.

3. You may at any time exercise your rights with the holder of the processing, in accordance with art.7 of Leg. Dec. 196/2003, in particular you may at any time request confirmation about whether or not personal data concerning you exist and you may request their immediate cancellation, addressing yourself directly to the person responsible for the processing.

4. Holder and Person Responsible for processing
   The Holder of the processing is the writer and the person responsible for processing is Mr. Zini Giorgio.
   By signing hereunder I fully accept the matters set out above.
   The undersigned also acknowledges that the Azienda di Promozione e Sviluppo Turistico S.r.l. (tourist development board) in Livigno, shall not be in any way liable for damages, of whatsoever kind, including personal injuries or  damage to property owned by or at the disposal of the undersigned or third parties, that might derive from participation by the undersigned in all the activities including the calendar of the forementioned event, waiving as of now any claim for indemnity or compensation on any grounds.
